Activating Annual pass???

I know when i activate my annual pass i have to go to "the bank" on main street and get my picture taken and all of that good stuff.. Does anyone know if the bank is open during early morning hours (for hotel guests and people with multi day passes etc....) ???? or do i have to wait until the park officially opens??? Thanks for any info! AAAAAAAAAAAAAND since i'll be entering the park with my piece of paper and then getting my AP afterwards will i be able to get fast passes with my AP?? Since i didnt actually put it through the turnstiles when i entered the park??? Thanks!

I haven't noticed if the AP center is open during Magic Morning. But it's really not the best use of that time...best to go to Fantasyland or ride Nemo! I'd just go first thing on a non-MM morning, or try later in the afternoon (I've had luck with the former...others here have had luck with the latter).

Your AP should be activated and ready to get FPs. I've had a weird thing happen with my AP where even though it is scanned in the morning, it doesn't "take", and I've had to find a CM at city hall to give me a "fast pass ticket", which means a ticket-like, um, ticket that is used in the FP machines. Or if your'e ready to hop to the other park, the scan it will receive will likely cause it to wake up, LOL. Anyway, that's just to show that even if something goes awry in the process, there are remedies.
