"Activate" my AP renewal

I'm going in a few weeks and this will be my first visit since I've renewed my AP. Do I need to go to Guest Services again to activate it, like I had to when I used it for the first time?

If you renewed online, the renewal should already be active.
If you renewed by phone, it has to be activated.
