ACT scores.....are these good or not?? LOL!!

I honestly have no clue if these are good scores or not? Anyone know? And why do I have two science reasonings listed??

I didn't actually take the ACTs (since I live on the East Coast) but I did read a little about them when I was in High School and from what I remember those are pretty good

A 28 composite is good especially if you took them when the max was 32 or 33. Now the max is 35 or 36 I forget which.

They should....The colleges I applied to in 1998 (there were only 2) looked at when I took my SATs.

I work at Army ROTC and the minimum ACT score to apply for a scholarship is 19.

Those scores are pretty good, esp since you took them a few yrs ago.

However, there are a few Universities (including a few Big 10) that want a composite in the 30s now.

Composite of 28 is VERY good. Perfect is 36. National average is like 19.

That is very good. I took mine in 1980 and got a 29. While colleges told me I was smart, 29 seemed to be the lowest score for scholarships so I just missed out on several.
Of course I also applied for one of 32 scholarships after my second year at college, didn't get one, called to see why, and was told "well you ONLY have a 3.85, and that is our cutoff." Story of my life.

Yes, they will take that into consideration. They'll probably require you to take it or a similiar test like it before you enroll.

Yep, that's pretty good for 1987. Anything over 27 would have gotten you a scholarship at my school.
