Hello Ladies!
Anyone happen to know where to obtain "acrylic sheets"?
I'd like to play with this medium. Apparently it can be cut with the Sizzix
and punched with the crop-a-dile.

I'm kicking myself because I only bought 2 sheets at NJ expo @ 3.00 each.
But now can't locate any online. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure but I think i've read on another board that you can find them at Loews or Home Depot. Not really sure though. Sorry couldn't be much help. Mayby you can call before that way you don't waste a trip.

Lowes and Home Depot both sell acrylic sheets, Optix is one common brand. Thickness is normally about 0.080" and I am guessing Sizzix and Crop-a-Dile will not cut plastic this thick.

Acetate sheets are much thinner, maybe 0.003" to 0.020" and that may be what you are looking for.

Fwiw, I am not a lady but am (usually) a decent gentleman! ;)

Jennifer picked up a cute 8 x 8 acrylic album cover recently. It has a mickey sillouette and the word Magical etched on it. Really cute. I would like to get one of those. I think playing with acrylic for shaker boxes would be fun too.
