Hey guys, this is first time I've posted on this particular board and I look forward to talking with you!! I like to think of myself as a painter though I'm very critcal of my work, sometimes its pretty good lol. I was wondering if there are others here that could offer acrylic related tips for better painting or if there's a website with tips you use.
Also I have a few paintings I'm interested in trying to sell, to see if I could earn some income while I'm out of a job. I probably wouldn't sell anything more than $50, is it better to try ebay or etsy or something else alltogether?
I have a few disney paintings I've done but know I'd get in trouble for trying to sell them in a market disney could easily find lol. Any tips, ideas would be much appreciated!!!!

Hi! Try this web forum for Acrylic painting:

There is another forum there for tips on how to sell your work. It's probably the General Art Business forum.

There is also this forum that I really like. It is a lot gentler as the people are nicer here, as it is filled with decorative artists (who love to paint on other things besides flat canvases,) rather than fine artists. But, the finished paintings, no matter what the surfaces are of the same level. YET, the learning to paint techniques which the decorative artists use are so much gentler and encouraging.
