ACK! Leaving tomorrow!!!

Ok, we're leaving tomorrow for our 18 hr. drive to Walt Disney World!!! I can't believe its here already. I've been excited for months and now I feel like I've forgotten everything!! I just realized that I don't even know where to go to get our tickets once we get there. What all do I need to take? Just the packet of stuff they sent with our luggage tags? Geez, I'm a mess!!

Anyway, I'm going to go over my packing list one last time and if anyone can tell me where I go to get our admission tickets to the park, I'd sure appreciate it. I can not believe its here already. I feel like I'm still in the "planning" stages!! Help!!!

Oh, and since I know we're going to have a WONDERFUL time once I calm myself, I'll do a little 17 hour dance!!!

Okay, if you are picking up your tickets at "will call" you can go to the guest services window at any park entrance and they will issue them. There is also a Guest services office at Downtown Disney that is open late, like till 11PM. Some times, like if you are on a package your tickets are actually linked to your room card/key and you will get them at check in. I think I would check in first and see if that is the case before I make a trip to guest services. Big thing, Kendra, take ponchos and sunscreen or plan on purchasing them upon arrival. We live in GA and have been getting hammered with thunderstorms in the afternoon/evening. So far, for the month of June we are sitting at around 8" of rain Most importantly, don't stress too much about it. Almost anything that you forget, with the exception of chewing gum, can be purchased at WDW at one location or another. Just sit back, enjoy the ride, and gave a great trip!

Oh yes! We are on a package. Thank you. Thank you Thank you. I can't believe I just totally blanked. Here it is the day we leave, and I can't remember how to even get in once I get there!

I ended up finding a great packing list, and that helped too.

I can't believe its here. I've been excited for months and now, today, the day we leave, I'm losing my mind!!

Anyway, I've packed the sunscreen, and I bought a few ponchos from Walmart, but I'm going to go get some more before we head out, and I'm going to pack my son's. I'm not letting a little rain get in my way!! We're at Disney World for crying out loud!!! If nothing else, there are some great shows, indoor rides and shopping!!

Anyway, thanks for all the good wishes, and I'm just counting down the hours (6 more to go before we head out!!).

Thanks again to everyone on this board. The stories and advice you share really make the anticipation of the trip almost as good as the trip itself! I'm sure I will be reading posts and talking to you all even until our next trip (which I'm already planning for next year in the off season - even though hubby doesn't know it yet).
