ACK! I Lost my userID...

I cant remrember what name I started playing under and the two screennames I think it is.... both let me in, but then I am prompted to design a new gal and rename her....

Is there a way to get my old charater back??

Ok... I know I used Laurabearz... and when I pump in that screen name and my password, it lets me in, but I have to pick a new character AND when I go to fill in my screenname again, it tells me that screen name is taken DUH! It is MINE!!!

How can I get my gal back!!!!
