Ugg! My DH and I have a ton of points with a timeshare that we usually have no problems booking with... So you know where this is going now!
I was trying to get a place at WDW for Feb. 17-20 or 15-20 or 16-21... any 4 to 5 days over that weekend. The Timeshare web res site was non functional, like my spelling...., over the weekend. They had the spots Dec 28 but couldn't book online, and the office was closed for the New Year holiday. Now there is nothing. And that is ok.
Now here is the real tickler...
I have a chance to book into Sartaoga Springs , 1 bedroom, Sept 9-16. It will cost me the Intervial International $139 fee, and take 5500 points from my timeshare account... about 1/4 to 1/5 of this years points. And I did not book it...
And that is my , hummm, BIG 5-0 Birthday. And it is the endish time for the 50 Disney parties.
So how stupid have I been? I wanted to check with my DH, not that he would care, as long as I am happy... but it is only a 1 bedroom, and we have always got at least 2 bedrooms. But since it is school time non of our kids could go. It isn't like I would have a party or any thing, but my BF turned 50 this year and I flew to SanDiego to surprise her... and she MIGHT be coming so I would like to have space for her at Disney if she and her DH came...

Thanks for letting me vent/think online... it beats talking to my self and argueing out loud... The kids HATE that.. .one of the reasons I do it,but they arn't around. So ya all are taking their place!
And I bet if I get off line and call back it will be to late to make the ressies then.
