I used to have an Acer but I messed up the plug adapter (my fault) It was a great laptop only replaced it rather than fixed it because I got a deal on a new one last BF

Thanks I bought one too. I didn't do the extra warranty, now I am wondering if I should have but the extra warranty was almost half the price.

The other person who bought the laptop did you opt for the warranty?

Any opinions and could I still add it?

I didn't get the warranty either. I have never purchased the extended warranties on electronics. The store should honor a 30 day warranty and that should cover the case of a lemon right out of the box. Otherwise, nothing really goes wrong with a computer that a warranty is going to cover anyway!
