Ace luxury transportation

Are looking to use them on our upcoming cruise in July . Only think keeping me from booking is that they require payment on day we book. Just wondering if anyone else can weigh in on their experiences with this company. Our usual company takes CC info when we book but doesn't charge till pick up day.

I cannot tell you anything about ACE but I know that the transportation company of the DIS (supports the boards to keep them free for you) is FL Tours and they do not take payment or CC at time of booking. They accept CC a couple days ahead or cash at time of service. www.fltours.com

Our experience with Ace was less than stellar. The driver sent us ambiguous text messages when we arrived (we had no idea who they were from and international texts are expensive for us), he never introduced himself, was very impersonal, and got lost on the way to our hotel. I recommend West Side Transportation or FL Tours.
