Understatement of the year:
They are very difficult to use and read.
I am real good with numbers, real, real good. I can understand anything. I glance at computer programs or just see bad results and have an uncanny ability to see errors and problems. I really love spreadsheets and numbers.
I own two contracts, both at OKW. I had a problem with lost points from canceling and rescheduling a vacation twice.....many here remember my recent 'found' points.
I spent a full day and many hours on the phone and MANY faxes back and fourth. I would mark up this "point sctivity" sheet, show them where they were wrong, they would come back and show me why I was wrong, back and forth all day long....this was the second day, this was the day that I figured that this "point activity" sheet would show them that they lost 270 of my points.
At the end of this grueling day, the result(that I vehemently disagreed with) I was wrong and had 270 less points.
A year later I was calling for something and offhandidly had them check my point total....I thought I had no points and would be recieving my next allotment, 430 - 15 I had borrowed on Sept 1.
They told me that I had borrowed 15 from next year but had 270 current use year points that I needed to use or bank right away.....I had completely forgotten about that awful ordeal when they lost my points, it was the number, 270, that rang like a bell inside my head. I was right all along, I knew I was, there computer system caught up and replaced my points.
The worst part of that point activity sheet is that they don't understand it either.
