Accomodating an extra person at dinner?

I currently have all my PSs for our trip next week and now it turns out that my nephew will be joining us. I've been down this road before and know from experience that I basically need to start from scratch with PSs - they don't allow you to modify existing ones. Since we leave next week I don't have high hopes of getting what I want since we like to eat at peak times.

I'm wondering what would happen if when we arrive for our PS we tell them it is a party of 6 rather than 5. Common sense tells me it wouldn't be a problem since most tables are set up for even numbers of diners anyway. Has anyone ever done this and was the restaurant accomodating? I honestly can't imagine they would turn us away but since it is peak season, I hate to make assumptions. If it matters, the restaurants are Palio, Brown Derby, Portobello Yacht Club, San Angel Inn, and Artist Point.

Our family was there last October and adding one person for a PS was not an issue at any of the restaurants. In fact we got better seating going from 5 to six people as the tables for four added one chair but the table for six was usually two tables of four placed back to back.
If anything there might be a couple of minutes wait but you should have no problems adding your nephew to your dining p/s's
