Accommodations on the Invitation

Hey everyone,

How did everyone list the accommodations in their invitations? Just listing the hotels and the price or getting into more detail (theme, price per night, local eateries)

I actually just posted my invite proofs and the actual invites on pages 10-11 of my PJ. There's a special offer that fits our dates so I listed the number to call, the percentages off, the code and the date it must be booked by.

We put a little phrase on our invites that said that info would be provided upon RSVP. Then when we received the affirmative RSVPs, we sent out a letter with all the nitty-gritty information.

We just felt it was too much info to put on a small card, and we didn't want to waste all the details on the people who didn't care.

We're doing the same as Joanna. We're including the hotel information, the bus schedule, etc.

How did you print the inserts? I can't seem to find templates. Can I see a picture?

I kind of created my own template in Word. Not sure if I still have this info or not. It really took alot of playing with the settings. Check out the website to see if they can provide you with settings. Here is a photo of our invitation in a shadowbox that we brought along to our wedding.

And here it is when we got back home. I added some of our wedding things to it.

I am trying to remember exactially what we put on the inserts. Once was also our RSVP. If I can find some samples I'll add them to this or if I can find the word document I will let you know.
