In reseraching our first WDW trip for next year, I was directed to allears.net to get an idea on this years accommodation rates. We are highly considering a split stay between AoA & YC. Looking at the rates for May, it looks as though a suite at AoA is only $98 less than a standard view room at YC for weekdays, and even less of a difference on weekends. This is with no discounts. Does that sound right? I had no idea AoA suites were almost the cost of a Deluxe. :confused3

Yes, this sounds right. The suites at AoA, although at a value-class resort, are priced very high.

I like this MouseSavers set of pages for rates too.

Thank you. I think with the time of year we plan on traveling, AoA is way over-priced. We may just do 1 resort. The price of the family suites fluctuates way too much. Considering how often discounts are put out, it could very well only be $60 more per night to stay deluxe.

Yes, thats probably right. We were shocked at the prices of the suites when we planned our recent trip. The suites were more than the mods so we initially booked POR but decided on a deluxe in the end.

I'm also surprised on how high rates are for May, i didn't know it was considered "Regular Season".
