Which of the numbers in the back of the ticket are needed by Disney to issue me a new ticket?

I accidentally washed my ticket and I did not make a copy. I originally bought the ticket through Ticketmania and they made a copy for me. While I was at Disney, the ticket got de-magnetized so they issued me a new ticket. I should have made a copy when I got home but I forgot. Now most of the numbers in the back are gone, but some are still readable.

Is there any hope :sad1: ???

Yes, there is hope. :)

Are they intact enough to use? I've washed tickets and still been able to use them. If not, Guest Services should be able to help you since your tickets have not been lost, but may be in rough (if clean) shape.

Good luck!

Don't have any info for you, but I wanted to say GOOD LUCK! I hope you are able to use your ticket!

You need either (1) all the numbers and codes on the back, or (2) the magnetic stripe's being machine readable. Next stop Guest Relations to see if the ticket can still be scanned.

Mutilated tickets might be declared worthless.

You may or may not need all the numbers on the tickets. As long as most of them are there, and then the numbers at the very bottom right are there, they may be able to piece together the rest of the information if they are consecutive tickets.

Let the pro's see what they can do before you toss 'em out! And you never know, the strip may still work. I've been surprised at some of the tix that still work!

I washed my ds' premium pass this past weekend. Only the picture on the ticket remained, adhered to his room key!! Since this was purchased at WDW and he's had to have it reissued a couple of times due to de-magnetization, I'm hoping we can get it fixed before our Dec. trip. Dh called CRO and was given a number to call, but I don't know if he had a chance today.

Annual passes can be traced because a name is printed on them. All you need to do is show ID at a ticket window.
