Even though it's a little out of date, it sure is a great movie! I hate skipping it!
"We welcome you to the Living Seas. We welcome you to Sea Base Alpha"
oh no Angie, tell me it ain't so. The hydrolators are........gasp........ fake? You aren't going to the sea bottom? Next you'll be saying that Orlando is in the middle of the state, not on the coast.
Originally posted by Safari Steve The floors are on hydraulics, and they move up and down (shaking motion) within a couple of inches... but ultimately the level doesn't change.
BTW, you can skip the film by going through the entrance, it's been like that for about 2 years. Enter through the entrance please.
When I snuck in the exit was in fall of 1996. I think I was able to get past the movie, but had to ride the ride ( which is gone for good?). I only wanted to avoid the movie and ride so much because DH had draged me to living seas about 4 times before to "check out the tank".
This time my DD4 and DD5 will go do I won't show them bad stuff (but I had permission) . Also this time I made his dive for the first day we go to Epcot, so he wont drag us there all week. I'm not that big a grouch, It is pretty cool to see him dive in the tank, I had thought one visit before the dive would have been enough
I like knowing the "how" part, too. That's why there was no hesitation when I went back to WDW in February '02 after a five year absence, there was no doubt that I was going to take the Keys to the Kingdom tour!
take the Keys tour either, I am still dissapointed here is NO Santa Claus! (thats what I heard anyway, but, I STILL believe!) And, YES I was VERY surprised that 20,000 leagues did NOT go DOWN to the ocean floor!
