Accident at Alton Towers

I've just read about an accident on the mine train at Alton Towers today

There have been accidents on similar rides at Disney. Strange thing is that these are the only type of roller coaster that I'll go on as I feel safe on them!

I hope those taken to hospital weren't seriously hurt.

That's awful, hope all those on it end up okay.

When we were at Alton Towers last year that was DD (6) favorite ride, we must have ridden it at least 50 times especially at the end of the day when they just kept letting us stay on, scarey!

Scary - we were there last Thursday and our friends took their kids 2, 3 and 6 on it as their first ride.

oh no thats terrible, i've never heard of any accidents at alton towers before and that was one of my favourite rides! Heres hoping everyones ok.
