accessible rooms at CSR

I now CSR has accessible rooms. do they have some with tubs and handrails, rather than roll-in showers?

I am planning on going in the fall and i have some endurance and mobility issues. (lets not even get into the problems of invisible disabilities). I do not use a wheelchair everyday, but I may use one in wdw, since last time i was there i had to sit and rest by the time i walked the length of main street. i do not need a wheelchair accessible room, but i have vertigo spells, so handrails are a good thing...

All the baths in the regular rooms I've stayed in at WDW resorts have a diagonal hand rail on the back wall. Would that be sufficient, or would you need more / differently placed rails?
