Accessable rooms at Poly

Has anyone stayed in an accessable room at the Poly and knows which buildings they are in? I would love to stay in one of the buildings near the new pool or even just close to the Great Ceremonial House. I saw on this site that some of the rooms are in Tokelau and Rapu Nui but these both seem like they are far away. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

If not, you can try calling WDW Resort Special Reservations at (407) 939-7807 (voice) or (407) 939-7670 (TTY). I'm sure they can tell you.

Here is the response I got from my friend at the Polynesian about the rooms for those with disabilities:

Most of our rooms for guests with disabilities are located in the Rapa Nui building with a few in the Tokelau building. There are quite a few in the Rapa Nui building and some of them have roll in showers. When a guest calls Disney Reservation Center to book a room for disabilities, there is a special department that handles these reservations. The reservationists are very good about making sure the room that is booked for the guest is going to accommodate them and their needs. Sometimes we have guests stay in our building (Hawaii) and we can accommodate certain disabilities depending on the their needs. It is generally best to let Disney Reservations assist these guests with their bookings.
