Access to MK during MNSSHP

I was wondering if we will have access to all of Magic Kingdom from 7pm to 12am during MNSSHP? We want to attend the party at Tomorrowland and also visit the other parts of the park. Will ALL the rides be open or just a select few? If a select few, which ones?

If the park allows us in at 4pm with our MNSSHP tickets then we will definitely ride all we can before the party starts.

We went last year. I think that everything was opened except for Tom Sawyers Island. If you plan on visiting MK on another day also, I'd do the things that are only available during the party.
