Access to Computer at Pop??

I have friends who will be at Pop in early October and they are needing to print boarding passes for SWA at 12:01 am on their departure date. Does anyone know if they can have access to a computer to do this at Pop or where would they go? They do not have a lap top with them. They need a computer and printer. Thanks

They can ask at the front desk and they can do it for them.

I was in the same situation last December... I asked at the front desk when checking in and they said sure, no problem. Well...the night before we were leaving I was doing laundry so at 12:00 I went down to the front desk and asked to print boarding passes and they looked at me like I had 3 heads! They said they can't give me access to the computer. So I explained to them when i checked in they said it was ok and they would have to be with me. THey said no, only cast members are allowed to use the computer. So I asked him to print them for me and he asked his manager and they said sure. After about 20 minutes i had my passes. He was standing only 3 feet away from me using the computer and having trouble...i just wanted to push him aside and do it my self! I was thankful I got the passes but they were'nt to nice about it. This was the only bad experience with CM's at Pop and it wasn't really that bad. If they say no the first time to your friend, tell him to ask for a manager.
