Access to Amex lounge with prepaid Amex?

AMEX has a new prepaid card called "Serve." $1 monthly fee, no charge to add money, and purchase fee is waived until 12/31/2013 at CVS. If I get this card and then use it to renew my annual pass, will that give me access to the Amex Lounge?

how do they know you paid for your ticket with an amex?
& if only one of you have paid. online, will they only let ONE person in?

When you walk in the lounge, there is a desk manned by someone who will check your Amex card and your pass to let you in. They had small cold water bottles, granola bars and chips and chairs to sit in for no charge. You may enter once a day and it includes your entire party (well, within limits, I am sure). oh, and a unisex bathroom-
