Access to all 3 hotel facilities

Hi, Never stayed at Universal Orlando Resort before but I am planning to over the Easter period 2012.
Can you use the facilities of the other 2 hotels if you are staying at one of the 3?
ie if i was staying at HRH can i use the restaurants or pool area of the PBH or RPR?
Also do the Hotels have transport available to non Universal sites? ie Epcot?

Yes.You can use any of the 3 resort pools and restaurants.I know they offer a shuttle to Seaworld.Not sure about Disney
