AC922 Toronto to Orlando

Hello

It is still too early to book flights for my fall trip to WDW, but I am just scoping out potential travel itineraries.

For the final leg of the trip down there, I am looking at flight AC922...looks like it leaves Toronto everyday at 8:50pm, and gets in Orlando at 11:38pm

Has anyone ever taking this flight?

Does magical Express run at this hour? If so, does the late hour affect them picking up luggage?

If Magical Express is running, I am assuming it will not be as busy and lines to check in lines at the resort should be be lighter (or non-existant), on the flip side, I am thinking buses run on a reduced schedule.....so what I would really like to know is what time would be a reasonable expectation to be in my room at a Disney resort if I took this flight.

Magical Express runs 24/7. However if you arrive after 10pm, you have to pick up your own bags and take them with you on the bus. Ive checked into resorts that late at night a couple times and there are for sure no line-ups at all.

i took this flight august 2010. we landed and had to get our own bags (on the other side of the airport) and then go back to the magical express area. The kids slept on the flight but then i had to wake them because we couldn`t carry them and the luggage, then they slept on the bus and we had to wake them again when we got off. it is quiet though and you get things done quickly. next time, i would send my husband to get the luggage and i would sit with sleeping kids where the buses are. we checked in and were in our room within 30 minutes. we save a couple of hundred $$ traveling at that time and for me it was worth it. GL and have fun!!

Been on and going on same flight again this August. Bringing stroller for 7 year old to sleep between flight and car rental. Some may laugh, but I saw parents with little ones who could hardly walk at 11:30pm getting off the flight, with no strollers in sight.

Late flight, and tough with young kids.

We just took this flight in January and it was okay. Just keep in mind that if the fllight is late (as ours was - both delays in Toronto (late flight coming in) and Orlando(couldn't get the gangway up to the plane)) it will make for a very late night. We rented a car so I can't comment on how busy magical express was but by the time we got to our room it was after 2 in the morning and after being up since 5am for work it made for a really long day.

We took this flight Feb 9th. We picked up our bags then got straight onto DME and it left with no other passengers. Hotel check-in was also very quick. Kids had a snack and crashed before 2am and DS5 was up before 9:00to get everyone going.
