Absolutely fuming!!!!!!!!

About 4 months ago I booked a fitness/bootcamp week at Bootcamp-Inc for £300 (it had been a groupon offer but I booked direct)

I received an e-mail at 4pm today saying there were problems & the course was cancelled!!!!!!

WHO CHECKS THEIR EMAILS ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON??????????

The office is now closed & I am at the golf all day tomorrow so no phones allowed.

They have offered me other dates but I booked it specifically to lose that "extra" half stone before my holiday in aug!! I have booked my train to north Wales & a hotel in London to avoid the Monday moening traffic - about £100 in total!

I am absolutely fuming - a WEEKS notice - when people have booed months in advance!!!!

Oh that's awful especially when you planned it for before your holidays. Hope you get a full refund. Will you be able to get money back on train tickets or are they non refundable? Hope you get it sorted out and give the company lots of grief. :goodvibes
 
That's really poor - I'd be fuming too!

I definitely recommend getting in touch with them and indicating what inconvenience and expense they have caused you.

Is it possible to transfer your hotel and train bookings? If not, I'd be asking for the Bootcamp company to do something about this as a goodwill gesture.
