No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of the buldge in my lower belly... and I have not even had kids yet. That's my biggest problem area. Has anyone found anything that has worked for them?

I don't have a buldge per se...I have a flap :( After loosing 70 pounds and having two pregnancies one of which was for twins, I have all this stretched out ugly skin :( I do crunches, and I walk, I do weights and an exercise tape, and have yet to see it diminish much :( :(

If you find something please let me know?

I've always had a tummy, even when I was thin (I think I can remember that far back ;) )

My mother and sister have these long waists and flat bellies. Mother used to try to tell me that a little tummy was considered sexy  Not in my world, perhaps I was supposed to be European or something.

If you find a cure, let me know.

I think I read somewhere that the abs area is different for everyone. Just like some individuals will have big hips no matter what they try, some will never have flat abs. I do abs 5 mornings a week as well as a 15 minute class at the gym twice a week. My abs has gone down, along with my waist but I know it will take a miracle to be completely flat. I have never had flat abs and I have done crunches/sit up for years.

Well, unfortunetly, if it is truely "fat" in they belly area, the only way to lose it is to well lose it. You can not spot reduce. In other words you can not lose fat from a specific area. You can do toning exercises to tone and strengthen the muscles in that area but it will not help to lose the "fat" that is there.

Wish there was more we all could do, I have a big fat flabby belly too and would love for there to be a miracle to help get rid of it. But good 'ol diet and exercise is about all anyone can do, aside from a little nip and tuck.

I find that my area is getting smaller doing Pilates...I have teh Winsor Pilates and they focus on lengthing the muscles instead of bulking them up. I still have my "pouch" but it is getting smaller...as the weight comes off I know it will look better!
