I was wondering if anyone worked from home with Infocision. I know Infocision is a good company to work for. I saw an ad in the paper to work from home. Just wondered how it worked. Do you have a set schedule? Are you pressured to raise money? Do you train at home? Any info is appreciated!!

Thanks so much!

Oh my. :lmao: You know the paper says it is a great employer but I do believe that report was figured from the past.

The owner has been very ill and is no longer controlling what happens in this company.:sad2:

If you are talking management, then perhaps it is a good company but the people on the phones are very under paid for all the stress that is placed on them.

Starting pay is barely minimum wage and not paid hourly but on some bizarre flex-salary scheme that is designed to forcefully encourage you to work "overtime" ie. "extra hours" for 90 % of your normal pitiful wage. The expectations for professionalism on the communicators part are high while the scripts you read are poorly written (horrendous grammar and verbiage) yet designed to contrive elderly out of their last cent.

I can give you a list of people who have literally died or taken ill from all the stress in the work environment. Perhaps it is better on a strictly at home schedule but I know of no one that does that right now.
