? about Wooden Soldier and Kelly's Kids Clothes

Just wanted to know if anyone knew how these clothes run - true to size, small or large. I know I ordered from both a few years ago but can't remember. Anyone order recently? I'm interested in both boy and girl clothes - especially boys' shorts.

I know that Wooden Soldier carries different brands, so it would really depend on the particular manufacturer. For example, I think Hartstrings/Kitestrings run true to size, but Sweet Potatoes and Mulberribush run big.

I have a lot of Wooden Soldier experience. For the most part they run pretty true to size toward small. So if your dc is between sizes order up, otherwise you should be okay.

Another great catalog is CW Kids.

I think Kelly's Kids run big, at least they did a few years ago when I bought a few items. Hope this helps!

I have found that Kelly's Kids runs a little big and DD is pretty tall and a little heavy for her age (13 months). I have bought DD a few Easter/special occasion type dresses from the Wooden Soldier and they have always run true to size. Wooden Soldier carries Le Top playclothes and those tend to run big on DD.
