? about where to eat on Cozumel...

Last time we went we ate at Senor Frog's. It was a super fun place but the food was pricey and left something to be desired. So, we're looking for suggestions..

And yeah, you already meals paid for onboard, but it's fun too sample the local delicacies.

And too MommaluvsDis, sorry, we mostly are either in the water or shopping when we're off the boat in Cozumel.

We like to sample the local food and atmosphere when we go ashore. That's part of the experience for us. But to each his own.

Haven't been on DCL, but have been to Cozumel and I would say go to Palmetto's. I am pretty sure that's what it's called. It is on that main strip there, the same street as Senor Frog's but closer to the docks. It faces the ocean with huge picture windows that are open to the street.

We were strolling up and down trying to decide where to eat and we saw two of the cruise line employees eating in there and decided that would be a good place. Fabulous food and CHEAP! And my DH swears he had the best margarita there of his life! Totally different atmosphere--just a nice restaurant.
