? about when AP rates come out

When the AP rates come out for, say, Oct-Dec, do they come out 2-3 months before Oct.? or Dec.? When should I start loking for the rates' "coming out party" for a booking Nov. 28th - Dec. 6, 2005?

For this year (check-ins 9/30/04-12/25/04), they came out on August 25th. For 2003 they came out on 8/28/03 for the October - December time period
Personally, I'm going to start watching for them in August we're hoping to go next December too!!!
