About WDWCP journals

Ya'll remember the WDWCP journals I posted 2 years ago, right? Well, my dad has this crazy idea that I'm a very good writer and should put those journals into a portfolio along with all the feedback that I got from all of the you because he thinks it'll help me get a real job with Disney. The problem is, the responses to those posts are long gone. So...I was wondering if maybe you all could go back and read them on my webpage and post some feedback here for me that I could save in my portfolio? I feel a little funny asking cause it feels like fishing for compliments, but I'd appreciate it!

Personally, while I find your writing style interesting in a conversational way, I don't think it would fly in a corporate environment. Lots of misspellings, slang terms, etc.

Maybe you could take a tech writing course and sharpen things up?

Your site is down right now, AB, but I do recall your journaling you did back while you were in the College Program back in '01. I thought they were extremely well written and recall commenting more than once how much I enjoyed not only the content, which was very informative and fun to read, but also the unique style you wrote them in. I thought the WAY you wrote was great. In fact, I just mentioned your WDWCP journals today to oldkicker, when I was commenting to him on the style (in addition to the content) of a post he wrote about memories of his grandparents.

Loved reading them Angie, and again, thanks for sharing them wth us all back then.
