In 1995, DH and I got a personalized brick near the TTC/Polynesian resort to commemorate our 1 yr wedding anniversary. I remember something vaguely saying it was good for 10 years....so that would have brought us up to 2005. What becomes of the bricks? Are they keeping them there or do they rip them out? Any plans to let you "renew" your brick? I wasn't sure which board to stick this under, but I'm on this one most.....:)

Good question and one I hope someone answers. I bought one for my deceased Dad too and I wonder what happens to the brick itself?

My understanding is that they are good for 20 years minimum, similar to Leave a Legacy. After that time period, it is up to Disney as to what to do with them. I presume they would rip them up and try to sell something else.

We have a brick also, and two Leave a Legacy tiles. I like to see them almost every visit, nice memories. :goodvibes

What, no pictures?

I believe the guarantee was indeed for just ten years.

Sorry, I don't know about LaL.
