OK - stupid question, I'm sure, but where my hubby and I are brand new DVC members and have just booked our 2BR at VWL I'm coming up with all sorts of questions. I got the conformaiton in the mail today :bounce: for our January vaca and I noticed it said "dedicated 2BR" - I have no idea what that means??

Also, I read somewhere that some of bedrooms in the 2BR villas have 2 beds while others may have one bed and a pull out sofa (I know the 'master' br has a king). Any way to tell a difference?

We are traveling with 7 and would like to avoid pull out sofa's as much as we can- any one sleep on them and are they comfortable??

A dedicated 2 bedroom will have two queen beds in the second bedroom. There will be a pull out in the living room, but it looks like you won't have to use it. A lock-off 2 bedroom is basically a 1 bedroom and a studio linked together by an adjoining door. I hope that helped.

Also realize that with dedicated two bedrooms, the second bedroom does not have a kitchenette as it cannot stand alone as a studio.

Hence, a 'dedicated 2BR' has more living area in the 2nd BR than a 'lock off 2 BR", due to the lack of a kitchenette.
