?? about using SW credit

I currently have $250 in SW credit to use towards a December trip (when they finally release those fares!). BUT the $250 is divided among 5 separate reservation numbers ($50 each). Am I going to be able to apply all $250 credit funds towards 2 new reservations for December? If so, will I be able to do it online? And how complicated of a procedure is it going to be?

Yes, you can apply up to 4 credits per reservation.
It is quite simple, make your reservation and when you get to the payment option part select the apply credits (something along those lines) they will then ask you to put in the confirmation numbers and the name of the person who's credit card was used.
Put in your info, and follow the prompts. Very very easy.

if i am not mistaken,

you can apply up to "four" ticketless refunds to each new reservation you make,


thus, you could use 4 for one reservation, and one for the second reservation.....

or then again any combination on the two reservations, as long as you do not use more than 4 on any one .....

you would need the confirmation number and the name of the credit card holder under whose name the original bookings were done

Thank you SO MUCH! It sounds very very simple to do online. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to use all 5 credits towards just 2 reservations......

Now I just need to play the waiting game a *little* longer with all of you for those December SW fares to come out!!!

In your case you would be better off booking these reservations separately. then you can use all the credits.
