About to sign, thoughts on a hurricane assessment?

I am literally reading through my first resale closing docs, having passed ROFR last week. Does anyone believe that there are going to be any hurricane special assessments from Dorian? I am not sure it would change anything for us, but our sellers were owners when the hurricane hit, and we'd have to pay the assessment.... last minute jitters!!

According to your signature, you are under contract at SSR which was not damaged by Dorian (nor was any other WDW Resort). No damage, no special assessment.

That Disturbance #3 off the coast of Africa is the one that worries me now. It looks to be going straight west. Gabrielle doesn't look like it will be a problem. Disturbances #1 and #2 look like they might stay in the Atlantic.

Any word on Vero Beach? It looks like the storm is hitting near HHI right about now.
