About to get an Aulani contract

Wondering if we could get inputs whether this Subsidized Aulani resale is a GREAT or just an OK deal compares with other Aulani contracts. This will be our 2nd contract. We own AK and considering adding 2nd with Aulani. It is a Subsidized due contract with 220 pts Mar $101 ppt with 0 2016 full 2017. We offered $90 ppt and it was accepted without countering. Please help us with your opinion.

Since most of you own Aulani... the great question is would you buy it again if we could turn back time? and why? Any regret?

We have 360 points at aulani and over 1100 at six other resorts. We bought Direct from Disney when they were first offered. Can't remember the price but much less than now. And we have the subsidized maintenance fees. $90 a point is s great price. No regrets for us. We live in Chicago and have been there 4 times and going back in May for 10 days in a one bedroom. We have never had trouble getting a reservation at 7 months but we always go in April or may.

Yay!!! Love Aulani. Your sounds similar to mine. We brought during pre-construction. I've booked within one to two months and I didn't have a problem getting a room. I just booked yesterday for next month.
