About to do online check in AKL - Which view?

We're in club rooms so I'm not sure if it even matters, but it's giving me an option of Kudu Trail or Sunset Savannah. Which would you choose and why?

Also we will be traveling with my mom and she is staying in a pool view. I know we'll be on different room levels, but want to be closest to her as possible.

AND LASTLY, we have young children so closer to the lobby?

Definitely request close to lobby. Both kudo trail and sunset savanna are on the opposite side of the pool area so you going to be a little further from you mom. But not too far. We have stayed at sunset savanna in the past and enjoyed it very much. I personally though would go with kudo trail.

close to lobby would be my no. 1 choice at akl.
