? about tickets going up and GAD

I have GAD vouchers to use towards my PH passes for our upcoming trip. I just read that ticket prices may be going up August 1st. So my question is...do the value of the GAD vouchers go up also (right now they are worth $72) I would assume that they do, but I just want to be prepared. Also when ticket prices go up, do the prices of Annual Passes go up also?

It is my understanding that historically the price of tickets has gone up at the beginning of August.

There was a thread last week about the possibility of ticket prices going up in August. Sounds like a certainty to me.

Well, they went up in mid-September in 2007, so it isn't ALWAYS August.

Yes AP prices go up too.

But since the GAD vouchers have the value of a one-day one-park ticket, when those tickets have a price increase, the voucher value will go up too. So you likely aren't going to be harmed.

Thanks for the info, I hope the prices go up AFTER our trip since not everyone in our group has GAD vouchers.

Those that don't should purase their tickets ahead of time. It's cheaper than buying them at the gate.
