When we went to Universal in 2004, we used a big bus painted orange with flex ticket accross the side. These buses would pick up guests from various hotels around Universal and take them to Universal and Sea World. Who owns and operates these buses? We had an awful experience on the bus in '04 and we've tried to let it go, but we keep thinking about it, and I think I need to let the owner of the buses know (whether or not they care at this point) just to get it off my mind.

If you're wondering, the bus driver pretty much made me look like a fool for about 10 minutes on the way back from Sea World. Long story short, he alledgely asked everyone b4 they got on the bus what hotel they were staying at, so that he would know what route to take. He didn't ask me or my DW (GF at the time) where we were staying. (he had a clipboard in his hand but just stared at us as we passed by... we are young so maybe he thought we were with our parents) So he didn't call out our hotel and I went to the front of the bus to tell him that we were at the Fairfield Inn. He got MAD at told the bus over the intercom how he knew what hotel everyone was going to but us, so obviously we didn't pay attention.. maybe he shouldn't take us home.. etc, etc, this heckling went on for 10 minutes. It is awful that was spent so much on a vacation (We were not dissers yet on this trip and paid rack rate at the Yacht Club :confused3 ) and the biggest memory we have is this bus driver. GRRR

Anyways, if anyone has info on this company, please let me know.

Thanks,
Steven

dude, you're still ticked over something that happened over 2 years ago :confused3 ?

just contact the fairfield inn
that's where you said you stayed.
they would have info on the transportation they provided for their guests.

Wow, i guess I didn't expect "dude, you're still ticked about something that happened two years ago". I am, it was the most humiliating thing I have ever been through... ever. Just forget it... sorry, but I'm not one of these "hard" non emotional persons that can just get over it. If that was the case I wouldn't have started this thread. I thought time would do its thing and I would forget.

But, if people on these boards think it is ridiculous that I'm still ticked about something that happened 2 years ago, then I imagine the company will have an even worse attitude. Maybe I just didn't understand how you were treated on shuttles. We will now take towncars anywhere.
