I know it says the 5 days have to be consecutive but if we only plan to go 2 days do they have to be in a row?

No, you can come and go as many times as you want and when ever you want. Within the 5 day period of course.

the last day your 5 day pass is valid will be on friday.
they expire on the end of that 5th day.
