Do you mean Star Wars Weekend? This past year, they did add another weekend in June. But special promotions like this that run every year are usually restricted to the dates they set so people can plan their trips. Smaller things like fireworks or parades have chances of extension due to popularity, like the Frozen stuff at DHS this past year.

Last year, a 5th weekend was added. SWW for this year is already scheduled for 5 full weekends. It is very doubtful another weekend will be added.
