? About Song Airlines and JFK

We can get a really good deal on airline tickets if we fly Song out of JFK. We usually fly out of Philly. In November we had to fly out of LaGuardia (not to Disney - Paradise Island). How does JFK compare to those two airports. If you've used Song - what did you think of them? It will be me, DH, 2 dds (7 & 6) and ds (5).

I fly out of JFK and LGA on Song all the time. I have never had a problem with either airport.

Most people who use both PREFER JFK. It is a more "on-time" airport. I have used JFK more, just to use Jet Blue. I also used Song out of JFK, it was great! I thought no one could touch JEt blue, but Song is just as good.

Song is great. I find JFK crowded and dirty and stressful. I also avoid LGA for the same reasons as JFK, but sometimes due to low prices for airfare, they can't be avoided.

I have flown Song out of JKF a few times and it is fine. The Song terminal is OK and has a new Paper/Sundries area. The food choices are really bad, chinese and so other lousy stuff. Bring food if you want to eat, as posted JFK is usually on time more than LGA. Word of caution LGA to JFK can take up to 1 hour or more so plan ahead, almost missed our flight last year .

I actually thought the JFK airport was pretty decent. A lot better than I expected. I've only been through there once, less than a year ago, but it was on Jetblue.
