I have heard shirley say before that she does not like to worry about credit card numbers to long more then a few weeks ahead. I would hold off awhile yet if I was you. I am sailing on March 20th and I plan to call around March 1st.

I emailed her and she asked me to contact her about a month before we sail.

Good morning (and thanks to my friend Andy that always is so good to me and makes sure that he helps take care of me and also my buddy Dave)
Anyhow it is best to call at least several weeks before sailing BUT if you are interested in sending down a couple of stuff to add to the baskets to make more personable or I have to go shopping for more personable stuff, then I would call at least 3 weeks ahead - I believe it is safer for all of those involved and as Dave said, I do not like to have credit card numbers around for a long period of time - with Valentine coming up this week and unless you are sailing this coming week - I would wait until next week to call and this way my thoughts can think as to what we are talking about ok - and please this was not said to hurt your feelings - Valentine orders hit about Wednesday or Thursday and then it is trying to make sure everything is on order.
Anyhow I am rambling right now - so hope all have a great week and stay safe and warm
