about ROFR, for recent Resale buyers/shoppers

i think it was mikesmom in another thread that mentioned her broker thought only current members doing add-ons were getting their resale offers past ROFR.

i was curious about this, so set up this poll.
not that we can figure out DVD's strange/inconsistent ROFR criteria or anything... but, hey... speculating is fun.

brief explanation of the poll: you can check off more than 1 item. i know some people fall into multiple categories.
basically there are 3 things.

1. did Disney buy back the Resale you were trying to buy
2. are you a new buyer or a current member
3. how big was the contract you were trying to buy

also, please only vote if you were a Resale buyer/shopper recently, meaning in 2003 only, as Disney seemed to change their ROFR pattern starting this January.
