The DH and I have never been to WDW and I was wondering if there are safe places to store valuables while on the rides. Since we are trying to plan our first trip, I know that I will want to take lots of pictures. And advice would be greatly appreciated...TIA!

Like cameras and stuff??? On the majority of the rides, you can tuck your belongings at your feet.

I use a small backpack that I take off and wrap around my arm on rides. They have lockers you can rent for the day, but no place to leave items such as a camera, while you are on a more "energetic " ride.

In most cases, you depart from a ride away from the loading dock, especially the more popular rides. You need to plan to keep anything valuable on you somehow, fanny pack, purse, or backpack.

Yes, I have a new digital camera that I got for Christmas and I would hate for anything to happen to it. I was thinking that on most of the rides, I would probably be able to hang on to it myself, but for the water rides, I wouldn't feel safe just putting it in a ziploc bag.
