? about refillable mugs

Trying to decide if we should get the refillable mugs at lest for my kids. How much do they cost? Where do you get them refilled at and is there anywhere that I can see a picture of one? I wondered what they looked like and how big ther were. TIA

They're only supposed to be used at your home resort. They cost $12.99 (included on the quick service and deluxe dining plans, but not on basic). No idea on pics.

we get a mug every trip they save alot of money in the end of a week.we end up filling them up at lessed 5 times a day

I just filled mine up...About 13 oz and 4 ice cubes and it was full. No ice and it was 15 oz

It's well worth the money. Kids love them. We took turns getting coffee in the morning. They have them at the water parks but I've seen people refill anything they have. We have a collection in the basement from all our trips.

I also think they are worth it. We would also fill them up with hot cocoa and coffee in the morning. They were also good to put water in while you are at the park. I believe you can fill them up at any of the resorts, but not at the parks.
They are also great travel mugs for here at home. Although whenever I use them I want to be at Disney!

We were on the Delux DDP so got 4 of them...we really only used 2. The were great! We would fill them in the morning to take to the parks and then at night when we returned to the room DH would go down for Hot cocoa or soda.

We'll be staying at SOG in a few months, which is a quasi-on property resort. I know they don't have refillables there, but we'll be traveling to and from the world via the Poly. Could we buy mugs there, and fill em up *there only* on our way into and out of the World every day?

I guess, what I'm really asking, is if the mugs are solely for those who are staying *at* any given resort, and not for those of us passing through?

I'm not trying to game the system, but if I'm legitimately allowed, per Disney rules-not just what I might get away with, then I'd like to pick up some mugs for our family to use when we make our first pass through the Poly.

Any expert input?
