? about Priority Seating and hours

Are the restaurants located in the parks only open as late as the parks? I'm getting ready to make my PS's but we would much rather eat at 7 or 8pm then before six. Is there a listing of restaurant hours somewhere?

The restaurants are only open as long as the parks. I am not entirely sure so someone correct me if I am wrong but I think they make the last reservations about an hour before parks closing.

If the parks are closing early, you may want to consider some of the great restaurants at the resorts. There are several at the Boardwalk and AKL that are delicious and the places fun to visit.
