no way to guarantee a suite through priceline. There are hotels that have suites that participate with priceline, but all priceline guarantees is a room for 2 (could be 1 or 2 beds). Read more at www.biddingfortravel.com - there is wonderful information in the Hotel FAQs.
Another alternative is to try Hotwire - you can see the amenities of the hotels before you accept - but again, a suite is not guaranteed. So you could see a hotel with suite accomodations, but that doesn't mean you will receive a suite.
If you really need a 2 bedroom suite, your best bet may be to book directly - watch for internet specials, too.
As Kendall said, there is no way to guarantee this. I prefer suites so I did a gamble of sorts on Priceline this past New Years Eve.
I bid on a 3 star for 12/30 and 12/31 on 12/16, of course, no biters. I checked the www.biddingfortravel.com board and found the list of 2.5 stars in the USF and Florida Mall areas have mostly suite hotels (with the exception of Wingate Inn). I tried for the USF area, was rejected, then added the Florida Mall and got the Wellesley Suites. We got a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen.
I have not seen a 2 bedroom suite hotel come up in awhile on the board. There have been reports of upgrades but that's a rarity.
Check www.hotelkingdom.com Cypress Pointe has an affordable two bedroom rate on most dates.
