? About Pop in late Mar. ?

Since we got annual passes we thought we might use them. We just stayed in Dec. at the Poly & BWI so we thought a quick b-day trip for me would be neat. We're also planning on returning to WDW in Sept. when the crowds are less & stay for 7 nights at the AKL. So this would be a 4 night stay 12/24 - 12/28. Just me, my DH & DS whose 1. We were looking at the $74/rate per Mousesavers. Any suggestions ? What buildings are open now ? We have never stayed value & my DH is concerned. How is the bus transportation ? Anyone back from Pop & have any advice ? Also how bad are the crowds at this time ? Getting excited again !
