? about Pop and second floor rooms

We noticed they have stairs outside on the end of the building. But I didn't notice if they have elevators ? Do they ?

I'm wondering if I need to request a ground floor because I know there is no way I can deal with taking a stroller up and down the stairs by myself.

They do have elevators--2 in the center most part of each building, as well as another set of stairs.

The elevators are in the middle of the buildings and not seen from the outside. That's also where the ice machines are. There are stairs there as well as on the ends of the buildings.

You might want to consider a first floor room anyway so you don't have to deal with the elevator at least twice a day.
